Review and update primary and contingent beneficiaries

Compile an inventory of assets, debts, and insurance policies

2. Healthcare Directives

Designate a Medical Power of Attorney / Healthcare Agent

Complete an Advance Directive / Living Will

Document personal care and quality-of-life values

3. Digital Estate

Set up secure legacy access / password management instructions

Assign Legacy Contacts on main accounts (Apple, Google, Meta)

List online accounts, digital archives, and active subscriptions

4. Final Disposition & Celebration

Specify body disposition preference (Burial, Green Burial, Cremation, Aquamation)

Outline desired gathering, ceremony, or memorial vibe

Document pre-funded arrangements or pre-purchased plots

5. Household & Personal Legacy

Establish a pet care plan and designate caregiver

Create an ICE (In Case of Emergency) binder with keys, codes, and access

Draft an Ethical Will, personal letters, or audio/video messages
